Orders and Products
For anything to do with a purchase, a download that did not arrive, a file that will not open, or a refund question, email hello@womensoutfront.com with your order number in the subject line. Order questions get answered first.
Our Refund and Returns Policy covers what can be returned and what happens with digital products.
Corrections
If you find an error, an outdated number, a broken calculator, or a link that goes nowhere, please tell us. Send the page address and what looks wrong to hello@womensoutfront.com with “Correction” in the subject line.
We check every report and update the page where a correction is warranted. Reader corrections are one of the most useful things we get.
Story Ideas and Topic Requests
If there is something you wanted to know and could not find a straight answer to anywhere, tell us. A lot of what we publish started as a reader question.
We cannot promise to cover every suggestion, and we do not respond individually to every idea, but we do read them all and we keep a running list.
Partnerships, Sponsorship, and Press
For sponsorship, brand partnerships, affiliate proposals, expert contributions, or press inquiries, email hello@womensoutfront.com with “Partnership” or “Press” in the subject line and include what you have in mind, the audience you are trying to reach, and any timing.
We work with organizations that fit what this site is for. We do not accept payment for favorable coverage, and any paid placement is labeled. Our Advertiser Disclosure explains how that works.
We do not accept unsolicited guest posts or link insertion requests, and messages offering to pay for a link will not get a reply.
Privacy Requests
To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising, email hello@womensoutfront.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy sets out your rights and how we handle these requests.
What We Cannot Help With
We want to be upfront about this so you are not left waiting for an answer that is not coming.
We cannot give you personal financial, legal, tax, medical, or career advice. We are a publisher, not a licensed advisor, and we do not review individual situations, budgets, contracts, portfolios, resumes, or legal documents. Even when we would like to help, answering questions like those would mean giving advice we are not qualified or licensed to give.
For anything specific to your circumstances, please speak with a qualified professional who can look at the whole picture. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.
If you are facing an emergency or a crisis of any kind, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional rather than emailing us. We are a small team and we do not monitor messages around the clock.
Before You Send
Please do not include account numbers, card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or medical details in a message to us. We never need them, and email is not a secure way to send them.
Anything you do send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep correspondence so we have a record of what was discussed, and we do not sell or share your email address with unrelated companies.
Response Times
We reply to most messages within 2 business days. Order and refund questions come first. Partnership and press inquiries can take a little longer.
If you have not heard back after a week, check your spam folder and then send a follow up. Occasionally a message does not reach us.
