These Terms of Service govern your use of womensoutfront.com and everything we publish and sell through it, including articles, calculators, tools, downloads, books, guides, templates, bundles, and email newsletters. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Women’s Outfront. “You” means anyone who visits the site, reads our content, uses our tools, subscribes to our list, or buys a product from us.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
Eligibility

Accounts
Some parts of the site may require an account. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login details secure, and to accept responsibility for everything done through your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, that shows signs of fraud, or that is used to share paid material with people who have not paid for it.
Purchases and Payment
Prices are listed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, though a change never affects an order you have already completed.
Payment is processed by third party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. Your use of a payment provider is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
By placing an order you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that the details you provide are accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that contain a pricing or description error, or that come from a customer who has breached these terms before. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it.
Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
Delivery of Digital Products
Our products are digital. After a successful payment you receive access by download link, by email, or through your account, usually within a few minutes. No physical item is shipped.
You are responsible for providing a working email address and for making sure our messages are not blocked or filtered. If a delivery does not arrive, contact us and we will resend it. You are also responsible for having the software needed to open a standard file format such as PDF, DOCX, or XLSX.
Download links may expire. We do not promise to host any file permanently, and we suggest you save your purchase somewhere safe once you receive it.
Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. Our refund position is set out in the [Refund Policy], which forms part of these terms.
If a product does not download, arrives corrupted, or is materially different from its description, contact us and we will fix the problem or refund you. Refund requests based on a change of mind, on not having used the product, or on an outcome not matching a hope are handled at our discretion.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your access being revoked and your account being closed.
License to Use Our Products
When you buy a digital product, you are buying a limited license, not ownership of the work. Subject to payment in full, we grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the product for your own personal use.
You may:
- download and keep a copy for your own use
- print copies for your own use
- fill in, adapt, and use templates and worksheets for your own life, household, or single business
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or give away the product or any part of it
- share your download link, login, or files with anyone else
- upload the product to a file sharing site, group drive, course platform, or membership area
- reproduce or republish substantial portions in your own book, course, newsletter, or product
- remove copyright notices, branding, or attribution
- use the product or its contents to train, fine tune, or ground any machine learning or AI system
If you want to use a product with a team, a class, a client group, or an organization, contact us about a license that covers that use. Any license we grant ends automatically if you breach these terms.
Free Downloads and Email
Free resources are offered under the same license terms as paid products.
When you subscribe to our email list, you agree to receive newsletters, content updates, and marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Certain transactional messages, such as a receipt or a delivery link, are sent as part of a purchase and are not marketing.
Tools and Calculators
Our calculators, quizzes, planners, and other tools are provided as they are, for general illustration. Results are estimates built on simplified assumptions, not projections, quotes, or advice. We do not promise that a tool is accurate, error free, or continuously available, and we may change or withdraw any tool at any time.
Numbers you enter into a tool are handled as described in our [Privacy Policy]. Do not enter account numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or any other sensitive identifying information into a tool on this site.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including articles, images, graphics, calculators, code, page layouts, product files, brand names, logos, and the overall look and feel, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you use the site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with your own local laws.
Informal Resolution First
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us thirty days to resolve the matter informally. Most problems are fixed quickly this way, and we would rather sort something out directly than through a court.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else. We may assign ours to a successor in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of the business.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any license included with a product, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and replace any earlier agreement or understanding on the same subject.
